- Solarpop and Unplug Yourself will not be held responsible for participants failing to acquire their VISA for what-ever reason.
- All travel document fee’s, costs etc will be on participants account.
- Should a participant win multiple WOQ’s, they will only be awarded 1x Flight & 1x Accommodation,
- they will not be eligible to utilize accommodation & Flight for partner/s or other participant/s.
- AMG, Solarpop and Unplug Yourself are not responsible to partner/s flight and accommodation booking.
- Prizes are not transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or product of equal value.
- Should you not be able to utilize accommodation or flight, AMG, Solarpop and Unplug Yourself are not liable to award replacement prize/s
- Please note, we are required to have a minimum of 16 participants per event, should we not acquire this limit, we have the right to cancel
