With the launch of Twilight of the Republic, the first thrilling year of Star Wars™: Unlimited has reached its conclusion. But don’t pack away your Lightsabres just yet, the adventure is far from over. A new chapter is on the horizon, and this time, it’s all about the vast reaches of space.

Introducing Jump to Lightspeed, the highly anticipated fourth set of Star Wars: Unlimited!
While the first year’s sets were grounded (literally) focusing heavily on land-based battles, Jump to Lightspeed flips the script. This set takes the fight to the stars, spotlighting iconic starfighters, transports, and capital ships from every corner of the Star Wars galaxy. With its emphasis on space battles, the set also debuts an exciting new keyword: Piloting, adding dynamic new strategies to your games. There’s a lot to explore, so buckle up and prepare to dive into the galaxy-spanning excitement of Jump to Lightspeed!

Introducing Spotlight Decks: A New Way to Play
In previous sets, the first two leaders showcased typically came from the Two-Player Starter. But starting with Jump to Lightspeed, the Two-Player Starter is being retired from the product lineup. Taking its place is an all-new product type: Spotlight Decks.
Spotlight Decks are pre-constructed decks featuring a mix of cards from multiple sets, with the majority coming from the latest release. Each deck includes five Special-rarity cards exclusive to the product, one of which is the leader card. With every set, two Spotlight Decks will launch, bringing a total of ten Special-rarity cards—maintaining the same number as previous Two-Player Starters. This new approach adds versatility to your collection and offers a fresh way to jump into the action for experienced & new players alike.

Carbonite Collectors Boosters: An exciting new edition for collectors
The Spotlight Decks aren’t the only new addition accompanying Jump to Lightspeed. This set also unveils an exciting new type of booster pack tailored for collectors: the Carbonite Edition booster pack! While these premium packs contain the same number of cards as regular boosters, they differ significantly in that every card within a Carbonite pack features a special aesthetic treatment. Unlike standard booster packs, which include one foil card and have a chance of containing a Hyperspace or Showcase variant, every card in a Carbonite Edition pack is guaranteed to be a collector’s item. This means you could pull foil, Hyperspace, Hyperspace foil, Showcase, or the new Carbonite Edition-exclusive Prestige variants. It’s important to note, however, that all of these are variants of existing cards from the set (there are no exclusive cards specific to Carbonite Edition packs, only unique cosmetic treatments).
Along with the much-anticipated Spotlight Decks & Carbonite Boosters you will also have access to the standard Boosters, Pre Release Boxes and exclusive Weekly promo boosters (check with your FLGS for availability).
With more than 250 new cards, the introduction of the Piloting keyword, and exciting new product types, Jump to Lightspeed sets the stage for an incredible start to the second year of Star Wars: Unlimited. Keep an eye out for upcoming news from the team at Fantasy Flight for previews, card reveals, and gameplay highlights as they gear up for the launch of the fourth set in March 2025!
