6-Week Board Game Challenge
Each week a different seed video will encourage posts, comments and debates around a particular aspect of the broader hobby.

Join these weekly challenges to help inspire contributions and engagement from the community as a whole. We are partnering with a host of board game influences to guide you through each of these challenges. Be inspired by following their progress and sharing with us your answers to each challenge.
Entry method
If you’re an enthusiastic tabletop gamer, then complete these challenges by taking a picture with the theme for each week and sharing it on Instagram. Use the hashtag #unplugyourselfza and tag us using @unplugyourselfza.
If you’re following an influencer during the challenge, tag them in your progress.

How winners be decided
A total of 3 winners will be selected to win a board game hamper worth R2500. Only 1 participant per influencer will be selected.

Meet the influencers
Each influencer will be giving away a board game hamper worth R2500, encouraging their followers to participate. Head over to each of their channels to see how they are completing each of the weekly challenges. Don’t forget to tag your influencer and @unplugyourselza for a chance to win!
Week 1 (13 Nov): Trading card games
Seed question: Show us your favourite card from your favourite TCG, LCG or Deck-builder game. Show us a card that you like!
Week 2 (20 Nov): Minis games
Seed question: Set up a scene using minis from two different games.
Week 3 (27 Nov): Role playing games
Seed question: Share something of your favourite of all characters you’ve ever generated.
Week 4 (4 Dec): Gateway games
Seed question: The game that got you into the hobby or a game you taught recently that got someone else into the hobby.
Week 5 (11 Dec): Accessories
Seed question Monday: To sleeve, or not to sleeve? Take a pic that shows where you stand
Seed question Tuesday: What’s the best storage solution you’ve ever bought for a game?
Seed question Wednesday: A custom component or storage solution you’ve added to a game
Seed question Thursday: Your favourite coin upgrade?
Seed question Friday: What’s your go-to bag to get your games to game night?
Week 6 (18 Dec): General Boardgames
Seed question: What have you been playing recently? Take a unique shot of this game.

- The judges’ decision is final and no negotiations or correspondence with entrants will be entered into.
- No visuals advertising the promotion is representative of the final prize. Prize value is estimated at the products recommended retail price at time of dispatch.
- Prize will not be substituted for cash, credit or vouchers and is not transferable.
- Winners will be announced on social media on the 31st of December 2022 and contacted via message on Instagram. Full shipping details must be supplied by 31-12-2022. Failure to supply details before this date will disqualify the winner and the prize will not be issued.
